WPA vs WEP performance

I kow that there is a significant performance decrease with WEP enabled vs. unencrypted. But will there be a performance decrease with WPA? And if so, will it be less than WEP, more or about the same? Just curious.

the perf difference between WEP-enabled and disabled is dependant on the wireless access point/router. Some routers will suffer huge perf hit, while others will barely blink an eye.. just read reviews on the web on the specific models and you can tell whether the ones you are considering suffer.
