I'm gonna go ahead and admit that I think the original Street Fighter is a GOOD movie. Yeah, thats right I went there, I actually enjoyed that movie a lot.

No they don't count as long as the anime or cartoon came before the game. (That's probably some poor wording...) ---(So, read as: If game came first it counts; otherwise no.)---

One of the problems I have with that list is that it lists "Rainbow 6" as being based off of a video game. Rainbow 6 was a book first, and considering that many of Tom Clancy's other books have been successful movies it's pretty stupid to say that it's based off of anything BUT the book in the series.
