Every now and then when I'm browsing products to see what's out there or get project ideas, I come across something that I would never consider buying myself, but find myself intrigued as to what those who bought it have to say.

This OCZ phase change unit is a good example. Check out the review: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/97...l=g49c415s1047.

I'm actually not sure I even believe what this guy said he did. Opening it up and fixed a loose connector? Ok. Found power wires touching the case? ...Ummm. Compressor circuit board was dead so he MADE HIS OWN? Good God. And on top of that all, it leaked out the refrigerant so he replaced it with his own?

I would have sent the thing back long before that.
