Whatever clever signature you ever had, is trumped by this one post.

ONE post? You obviously haven't read too many of this guy's posts.

You can live off of a loaf of whole wheat bread + vitamin pill a day. If you use that famous bread recipe that's been posted here (forgot whose that was, really good though), you could live off less than $1 day for food.

why do companys put so much salt in their food??? with pasturization they dont need it for preservation...

Edit: 900mb is 0.03174656575462237 ounces which is 0.19 of a teaspoon

that isnt very much maybe a couple of shakes of a shalt shaker on your food.

Here it is. You can use all whole wheat flour to turn it into a whole wheat recipe, if you wish (it's healthier and still tastes pretty good). You can use a regular oven instead of a bread maker. Buy some fruits and vegetables to eat occasionally on the cheap, and you can live fairly healthy, too.

Ramen is disgusting, btw. It isn't horrible tasting, but all that sodium... eww

To help hide bland or bad taste.

yup 90% of canned crap has about half of the daily sodium dose per can.

I think the point is you'll die of a heart attack from the sodium before you starve to death.

Only certain people are susceptible to cardiovascular issues that can arise from too much sodium.

salt is about 40% sodium and 60% chlorine. there are about 2300 mg of sodium in a teaspoon of table salt. a teaspoon is about the recommended amount. your body only requires about 500 mg of salt a day.

what about chowders? should be atleast 500 per can i figure. not that a soup is filling unless you start using it as a cooking sauce for pasta or something anyways. and yea, servings are bs, can is like a serving really😛
