This rock band is getting sued by a bar owner for a $350 bar tab, even though he gave them a free tab when they arrived. They're counter-sueing the bar owner because he refused to pay them the $1000 they had on contract for playing that night, then stole their $1200 mixer to hold against the bar tab.
The rock band won. They got their $1000 for the contract for playing, but the judge allowed the band to go back to the bar and destroy $650 worth of stuff at the bar owner's bar :Q I don't remember exactly what the $650 came from, but it was a balance of from something else. 😕
