I have heard various horror stories about bricked boards from people using their Windows BIOS utility (ASUSUpdate or something).
I have a puller for the BIOS chip as I had to do it on an ABIT board one time. Since then, I am a chicken when it comes to updating my BIOS.Originally posted by: AmberClad
