Because of the snow here, I ended up leaving my car at work for the weekend, so I said I am going to clear my parking space from the 12" or snow that fell. My parking space is on a small hill, and I have to walk every shovelful up a hill to dump it.
I was NEVER able to move even 3 shovelfuls of snow before without feeling like I was going to have a heart attack, and completely winded. I would just leave the car buried.
Today I cleaned the entire space, which took about 2 hours of moving snow, carrying up a hill and dumping it out. Each shovelful was about 10lbs or so.
I didn't even break a sweat and even ended up laughing at myself for getting it done.
lol, sounds stupid, but it's literally the first time I felt like exercising paid off a little bit.
