Wow, this tuna is amazing!

I have about 10 cans of Albacore and 40 cans of Chunk Light tuna. Instead of having yet another dry can of tuna, I decided to spice it up a bit.

I took two cans of Chunk Light (the shredded kind) and squeezed out as much water as possible. I then threw the tuna into a hot skillet with 1 Tablespoon of olive oil. I added some garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cooked the tuna until it browned.

All I can say is, "Wow!" This is the best tuna I have ever prepared -- it doesn't even taste like tuna. Whenever I have time, and a serving of good fats to spare, I am definitely frying my tuna.

You should try it out.

I really like that tuna that comes in the pouch.

But that sounds good, I'll give that a go when I add it to my next hobo mix dinner.

hmmm, i always just make tuna sandwiches or tuna help with the stuff, i think ill try it out

I was originally going to put the tuna on some whole grain bread, but it was so good, I just ate it with a fork.

That's actually a stellar idea... I'm absolutely in love with Ahi, but the price kills me... This could be a good sub-in. Well, at least I can tell myself that. 😀

If you think the best tuna is tuna that doesn't taste like tuna, perhaps you should stop buying tuna.

If you want to make it even better add a couple tablespoons of soy sauce. Delicious and tons of protein for anyone who works out.

hahahaha 😉 made me laugh... thanks.

I feel sorry for anyone who can't eat real tuna (ahi) on a regular basis...

i can honestly say the only tuna i have ever eaten is tuna steaks or ahi...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
m goood.

I love Tuna sashimi (a-hee or maguro). Though I like my Tuna fresh and catch my own on a boat out of San Diego.

The global tuna population is collapsing due to heavy overfishing for the Japanese sushi market 🙁

That said, I think I might try that when I get home tonight 🙂

Sounds good, but your place must really stink now...

No, the smell of garlic overpowers the tuna. And, after it is cooked, there is no foul odor at all. I just seared up 3 cans of tuna.
