So i am ordering flowers at 1800flowers.com and have a few questions, so instead of calling the number i see a "Chat with customer service".
i ended up chatting with a CSR for bout 10 minutes with all my questions and she was able to answer them all. pretty cool stuff. alot better then phone.
has anyone ever seen this or done this before?
