MWAVE is taking care of it. hopefully i can convince them that i have a customer i need to build a computer for (my bro) within this week since i have to go back to school and they will 2 day or overnight the bastard.

UPS has always been better for me in terms of reliability, FedEx fast, UPS reliable.

my dad has baddddd experiences with FedEx (more broken items than with UPS)

I've never had a problem with DHL (Airborne) either. Fedex in terms of reliability have always been good to me minus their Ground Home Delivery service which has been nothing but a headache. For UPS, for the most part has been good minus their delivery time to my residence (6 p.m.) I get all my packages, minus USPS, delivered to my work address though so UPS and Fedex have been pretty reliable for me.
