Thanks for the link!

That's a nicely written guide, with lots of pictures, perfect for me to follow when making one for my GF4 :)

Then i'll see how high i can push my Ti4200 :)

klah,

Those pics are hardcore! But slightly too much for us mere mortals! ;)

The link fluxquantum gave was hardcore but to a level we (I) can do :)

those people got too much time
i'll let them build that stuff all day
and by the time they are done there will be a faster card on the market....

Anyone know of place online you can get a hunk of copper like that? I wanna design just a plain old air cooled unit but nobody in town has a chunk of copper like that one. Actually, I only need it to be 3/4" thick. Hmm.....I can track down aluminum, maybe ill just use a copper baseplate and the rest of the heatsink will be aluminum.

I'd like to say...my ATi Radeon9700Pro clocks higher at the core than that thing and it's not cooled even close to the same amount. Plus I bet the 9700Pro outperforms the water cooled GF4 too.

Looks neat though, but all the tubes in the case looks stupid IMO.

Hmm...scratch that idea boys. Im gonna make me a home made air cooled HS unit for a graphics card (which one, unno..try it out on a cheapie TNT2 that I dont care if I ruin). Im gonna dub my lil project, PIN FIN technology..haha. Anyways, I have some free time and about 7 bux worth of materials to play around with. That should allow me to make 8 HS for the chips and one core heatsink/fan unit.
