that guy's drawing is crazy. look at the one taken from the wrong angle and you can see how hard it is to draw something like that accurately.

its queer to see them from another angle, they look really tall and narrow and way wierd and out of proportion, its probably why members of the public have WTF expressions on their faces

they're just murals. there are no special visual tricks to force perspective like this guy is going.
