Wow...there really are some great people on Ebay...

I sold someone a video card about a week back and actually posted a thread about it here.

Anyway, he sent me back the card actually packed better than how I sent it out. This is not to say I packed the card poorly (it was packed exactly how it comes retail), he just managed to add foam into the retail box and packed it better than when I originally received it new. I was so impressed, I decided to refund his money for the full amount rather than deduct the S&H charge.

Don't give up on Ebay yet...this goes to show that there are still some decent people on Ebay although they are getting fewer and farther between...

i think for most people the packing issue isn't a bad/good issue but more of an intelligance issue.

The fact that they returned it would make me hate them. I would just write return to sender on the box and email them saying "AS IS!!!"

so was there really anything wrong with the card? Hmmmm, shouldn't have given in.. but nice to see that both parties are happy with the outcome!
