The law only banned possession of child porn, production had of course been illegal for quite some time before that... It took so long because the law required changes/revisions (something) to the constitution, and such things are usually not done speedily.

And even if animal sex is legal, there /are/ laws against animal abuse, which I'd think most of the cases mentioned in the article would fall under... But to be perfectly frank, I'd rather see the police go about more serious sh!t than busting people for having sex with animals.

It mentions homosexual sex twice, in the title, and in the last paragraph. In both instances, it is merely saying that both were decriminalized at the same time. The article focuses specifically on the outlaw of child pornography and the associated increase in sex with animals.

Where does it say anything about homosexual sex being immoral?

I caught it too.

This situation should be a warning to other societies experimenting in areas of morality / immorality. The more the spiral spins down down down, the more society accepts the decadent as the norm. The more the decadent is embraced as the norm, the more the defenseless, particularly children, are open to abuse of a variety of sorts.

Not that I'm saying the subject of the article is a good thing, but that just reeks of bias.
