I set up a free 1and1 web site back when, spent an hour or 2 playing around and set up a sort of demo site with a made-up name to show to a company I was trying to get copywriting work from. Turned out they didn't really do web advertising, so that was that.

MEANWHILE . . . I got divorced, had custody issues, got a new place and moved, had a cancer scare (turned out to be tooth infection- probably), had money and job problems, etc., so I haven't looked at the site since. Until today.

WHOA! I've been getting an average of 20-30 unique visits PER WEEK on that site. Most of them come from here.

That's incredible.

How did you equate a tooth infection to possible cancer?

How did you equate a tooth infection to possible cancer?

It was infected lymph glands, infection spreading. It didn't show up on the CAT or MRI as dental, and the biopsy was positive - not exactly positive for active cancer, but positive for pre-cancer infection stuff. Then I got a toothache, dentist discovered massive tooth infection, root canals ensued, more biopsies - interestingly enough, still testing positive for something or another, but different from previous biopsy.

Hopefully, once all the infections go away, I'll be fine. Oncologist says 90% chance of things being fine, this is consistent with dental infection spreading to lymph system. But there's always that ten per cent.
