Wow, that's pretty bad...

I've got a stereo receiver connected to my PC. It's got a wheel dial to control the volume.

I just tried to use my mouse pointer to try to turn the volume down 😱

I was sad when the pointer didn't leave my screen 🙂

I've tried to use the mouse to get a book from the bookself beside my desk before.

😱

Edit: And at work I've tried to use the mouse to push the button on my KVM. You know it's time to get off the computer for a while at that point.

Yeah, I've done things like, when I'm looking up stupid and repetitive definitions that my techer assigns me for school at my computer, sometimes when I'm thinking "it must be back farther" I've actually reached for my mouse and hit the back button on it (I have a MS Intellimouse) and then quickly realize how sad and pathetic my life is. =/

When I'm in the car during my commute, listening to the radio, I find myself trying to check the simple LCD display for song title (it's really basic, only displays time/station frequency). I'll also try to figure out where the 'next' and 'previous' controls are. This is a 90 Buick Century with AM/FM radio and cassette deck =)

Not computer related but I keep trying to use the remote key fob for the car to open my front door lock.

I noticed if I'm not typing, my left hand sits on the WASD keys 😕

Haha. I do that too, but only if my right hand is on the mouse. Specifically SHIFT-A-W-D-SPACE. I never noticed that until now.
