I was at lunch in the student union. There was this Asian couple there, the chick hda a sony laptop, and was showing her boyfriend how to use photoshop and write HTML. It's funny to see a woman say "No, that's not right, you're doing it wrong..." to a guy regarding something on a computer.

(please supress your desire to call me a sexist and remind me that she's not actually the fist woman to do this, etc... I know she's not the first. Fact remains that it's uncommon.)
 
wow, i've never actually seen that... most girls i know always come ask me or my friends for comp help... not that i know much myself... but being that there are starting to be more and more cs engineers and stuff, i imagine that there will be more of this....

I've successfully converted my girlfriend into a computer lover ... started with MP3s, she's moved onto movies on her own, she's coding HTML & Java ...

Actually, my sister and I have very different computer skills. While I have experience in hardware and some programming languagues such as C++, she has very extensive knowledge on networks and network support. Kinda weird huh.

My interest in female geeks has long since passed. I saw a girl sitting in front of me with a "Thief: The Dark Project" shirt on yesterday in school but I got over it.

I've given up looking for a girl. They're all the same: stupid and superficial. All you need in this world is yourself. Girls are good for nothing but heartache and disappointment.
