You've been helpful......

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your recent inquiry about your Logitech Cordless Controller for Xbox.

I understand that you are still experiencing difficulties when using the Logitech Cordless Controller for Xbox.

Try to connect the device on another USB port or try using the device on different games to see if the issue occurs. If the issue persists on other games, then test the device on another PlayStation if you can, If the issue is unresolved then at this point, I believe that your device may be defective. To find out more about our warranty replacement process, please refer to the following document:

#1 - Uhm, the controller dosen't use USB, it uses the XBox Controller Connection
#2 - Its not a playstation, which unless im mistaken, dosent use USB either...

WTF?

The actual connector is a USB connection. (If you've ever taken your XBox apart, you'd know)

Well at least they sent you a message.

I have been waiting for 4 days now for them to get back to me about my dead charging station for my MX700.

have u tried giving the contacts on the mouse and docka good clean?

that usually solves the problem for me, or making sure the charger is plugged in

After a process of elimination, I have discovered that my mouse's powersupply is not functioning.

I will just get a Ravovac quick charger for the batteries.
