WOW- screen shaking

Well, after 3 years I fell victim to the siren's call again.

BUT - at the login and any load screens, the screen shakes like nuts. Does it occasionally in-game, but infrequently. I am, however, unable to view cinematics.

GPU drivers are up to date (r9 280x), tinkered with v-sync on\off, windowed\full screen, switching monitors, display settings etc. Nothing seems to help, although turning v-sync ON caused the game itself to become unplayably shaky.

Anyone had a similar issue? Thoughts?
