Sam Raimi to direct World of Warcraft movie after Spiderman 4.

If any game was begging to be a movie, this is it. This could actually be pretty good!

this could possibly be one of the greatest epic fantasy movies of all time...or be an epic fail. if they go along with how blizzard does their cgi it would be great. they need to make a diablo movie, now that would be awesome.

Don't think it will be based on the WoW timeline. Most like the warcraft1 or 2. We might see the destruction of stormwind, or the battle of blackrock mountain.

I bet if the WoW movie is a huge hit they will make more based on their franchises.

yea it will probably take place before the current WoW game because most of the info I've seen about it says it is a "warcraft" movie, not a "world of warcraft" movie so there is a lot of material for them to work with. I wouldn't mind seeing the opening of the dark portal and the first invasion etc.
