Well Blizzard has finally announced a solid release date for WoW.

Blizzard is pleased to announce that in fewer than three weeks, World of Warcraft will begin hitting store shelves throughout North America. Starting on November 23, players will be able to pick up a boxed copy of the game, or the collector's edition, and finally begin playing! See the press release for further details.

And only a few more days until open beta.

If I remember rightly - us poor UK/European folks arent even able to import a US copy and play on US servers? We have to wait till 2005 or something? Apparently it will only accept credit cards with US billing adresses in the signup for the US version??

Someone please tell me this has all changed and in fact we can playyy!!!
