So this morning I placed an order for the Toshiba Portege 2000 at PC-Video Online. Before doing so I called ahead ot make sure that they had the second battery included. Guy I spoke to said yes, so I went ahead and placed the order. No more than 2 minutes after placing the order online, a rep calls me to tell me that they received the order and asked if I had any questions about the order and if I wanted to verify the shipping address. Sadly, turns out the first rep was wrong and that the second battery is not included, so I told them to cancel the order. But still, QUICK service!!! Ended up buying from somewhere else for around $70 more. But it did include the second battery.
