Promethazine and codeine are rather a nice mix, in my experience.

Almost as good as 2 and brews. (Tunial and a beer) =3

Yea those two combined will knock you out for a while. Sedatives combined with opioid, that'll do the trick.

I'm taking 60mg of codine every 4 hours or so right now and it doesn't seem to do a lot TBH.
