My neighbor accidentally put a .44 Magnum round though my wall. It missed my head by three inches. It started in his bathroom, went through the mirror, went through the closet on the other side, blew through that closet door, traveled across his hallway, blew through our common wall, richocheted upward off my computer desk, and lodged in the doorframe.

pics in article.

Apologies in advance if repost. Didn't find anything in search.

It was posted in a thread about guns, but didn't have a thread to it's own. I posted it a few weeks back. Funny enough to deserve it's own thread though.

So much for gun safety. I like how the 'tard has 2 Desert Eagles. Because you couldn't hit a ****** building firing off two .50 cal pistols with one in each hand.

If the bullet missed his head by 3 inches, the guy must be a fricking midget from looks of the exit hole on the wall, which is 2-3 inches above the desk.

It richocheted off the desk and ended up planted at the top of a door frame.

I'm sure he can hit one thing - his nose with the recoil. :D

I don't know how the .50 AE is but I've fired that gun in .44 Magnum and recoil wasn't bad at all. It could certainly be fired accurately one handed if you can hold that heavy chunk of steel steady.

You would be suprised to see what a bulletproof house could do... after all 5.56 is a weak round. Although the 7.62 isn't a weak one. nor the .50 BMG and .454 for that matter also.

Build your house out of cement - reinforced - with steel plates on the inside as well... BULLET PROOF FOR SURE

No clue why the guy had them loaded in his house like that. I hope he was cleaning them or something (gun oil is kinda hard to clean off of fabrics)

depends how close u are anyways. in a house..i'm pretty sure even a deagle could work out. course i'm sure u can conjure up some fantasy situation where it would be a disadvantage hehehe
i'm sure both go through plenty of walls so either way..meh

How do you accidentally leave a round in a revolver if you're cleaning it?

Yeah, this really needs more from this guy's side of the story. Yeah, the WoW player's story was pretty crazy but what was this idiot doing before and after the shot? What was his reaction to the gun going off?

His reflection was so damn good looking he ended taking a shot at it.

If he hadn't gotten around to unloading it, and just picked it up to do so.

Ummm...so he got drunk, broke into his neighbor's apartment, got ahold of his neighbor's gun and shot at the mirror?
