Wow, new job...

What a trip, after working for the same company for 20 years, I made the jump last year, just signed on for the 3rd different full time job this year.

$1.50/hr more, 1K less miles driving per month, better health insurance, and a higher percentage of matching through the 403b retirement, and instead of working 2 weekends/month, I'll be on paid call one weekend/month...
