Looks heavy-duty. Perfect for a college student like me! 🙂

Looks a bit brickish...I'll stick to my iPAQ 2215😛
And I'll stick to my Axim 400 MHz...speaking of bricks! 😀

wow...so...chunky...but I love how much you can do with it. Sweetness! I could definitely see me carrying that around in a bag (not my pockets, obviously).

Wonder how much it'll cost tho...

Cost figures? I'm guessing $799 when it debuts.

At what point does the line between "pocket pc" and full blown laptop get crossed?

For $600 you can get a fully functional laptop that weighs about 6-7 pounds.

6-7 pounds is a far cry from 5 - 7 ounces of typical PocketPCs. Nuff said😛

from where?

Regularly posted dell hot deals, and every now and then Best Buy has decent machines for $500-$600 after significant rebates.

OMG that thing looks bigger than a sony nz90 and smaller screen! what a joke!

Both have their uses. Many people find that a PDA can replace a laptop most of the time as long as they have a full size keyboard.

Yep just check out the Hot Deals forum on a regular basis, several namebrand laptops have sold from $499 - $799, brand new with warranty.
