Wow... my heatware account just disappeared!

So I was updating my eMail address in heatware... stupid me. After I press the submit button the account is gone. Says that name is not register. I eMailed heatware about it... hope I don't lose my 23 evals!

Hmm, I haven't used mine in almost a year, and it's still there. That's a surprise. I wonder how long that will last? It would be a shame to lose 83 evals. Is there an inactivity time limit?
