Wow! MSI Metis 266 - for those of you looking for microATX

So I was looking at MSI slim form factor systems to build my own PVR, and I come across this beauty

Unfortunately no TV-out and the AGP/PCI slots are low profile. But still, it's an alternative to shuttle's line.
