Coldest I ever remember it getting was around 38 F one winter and that was just at night for one night, tons of people around here go to the beach year round.

So do stores like GAP, Express, Abercrombie take that into account, or just like the rest of the stores in the nation they are also selling winter clothes?

Funny you should ask, I went to Old Navy a couple days ago to get some new shorts and T-Shirts and all they had were Cargo Pants, jeans and long sleeve shirts. I thought it was kind of stupid considering it never really gets cold enough to need anything more than a sweater.
