I couldn't say that at all. I've had men and women bosses that did the things you say and those that didn't.

However, I will say that their workers perceptions were different. When a male boss asserted himself he was strong willed, when a woman did it she was a bitch.

Agreed. The biggest bitch gossiping backstabber of a manager I ever had was a dude and so was the second worst. The best manager I've ever had who actually cared about the work I did was a woman.
