I basically went around my house and just put up like 10 or 15 auctions for kind of random junk I never use.

Made >$300... not bad for really not that much work.. (that's after shipping+paypal+ebay fees)

Only really annoying thing is that ebay took down some of my office oem auctions (even though they followed MS's rules)... dumb.

Put them up with a cheap buy it now option, and the item sells before ebay can strike.

I really need to do that but I end up deciding its too much effort setting all those auctions up, so I just let all my stuff continue to sit around and lose even more value.

reminds me of the Xbox360 I sold for $1600 + $100 overnight shipping, which I won from a contest as well. I expected to get like $800 or so heh.

The worst part was making each auction - I got to where it was going pretty quickly though.

It was also annoying dealing w/ people's stupid questions.. "I have a computer, will this windows work on it?"

wtf? Most of those I responded and asked them not to bid on my auction... I didn't want to deal with the unavoidable "This winders cd wouldn't fix my camputar.. I wunt my munah back"

i liked selling my broken cell phone. broken backlight after going into the laundry.

broken K750i went for $202.50... i felt sorry for whoever bought it. new ones were like $270 at the time.

plus i paid only $100 for that phone because i went to the right dealer to start my phone service.

LMAO, fantastic. You know it would happen, which is the sad/funny part.

Did you state it as broken? Btw backlights can be bought for under $20, if they had the time they could save a few bucks. :p
