Wow look @ my SoB production toady *PIC*

This is my 2.26 P4 with 512MB PC-1066 RAMBUS, I think SoB server is down, I have a static connection but can't sem to connect now.

My client had just stuck 🙂|) but restarted it, and it's just literally just completed an intermediate block, and it sent it through OK.

Athlon @ 2GHz getting 250k cEMs/sec

Confused

Wow that is great production from one machine.

I came home today to find the clients on my dual 1800+ locked up. One of them said invalid user name and neither of them were producing.🙁

i also had a few lock ups in the last few days, maybe we need to post this over in the sob forum to kick start the next generation client into coming through

oh yeah...and :Q at sean's production...sweet!!

why is your rate so much higher than mine?

You increase your CPU voltage? When I increase mine to getr more clock speed, SoB slows down a lot.
Or maybe your running other programs 😛

😎
My P4 1.6(256) @ 2.133GHz get about 314000

<--- Cant wait till I get a good Northwood P4 OC'er 😎

I was running SOB without any major programs running. Somehow its still low.
Why would upping the voltage help the speed? ALmost seems useless since I'm still on the stock heatsink.

You running a Tyan board?

No... when I up the voltage, the speed decreases. Guess it has something to do with the P4's circuitry.

Since your CPU is OC'ed, I imagine you upped the voltage to get the extra speed. Try slowing the bus down till it runs its fastest at default voltage.
