WoW login problems!

Im tryint to log into WoW, and just sits there with the connecting screen, till it times me out...its not a software or hardware issue, im on a fresh format, and its still not working...been on tech support line for near an hour now...there website it down for me also, anyone having this problem? Login server down again mabye? (its been doing this for over 12 hours for me now also),
