Wow...just wow...

"He said his wife was scared, and he said he was angry at that encounter," Cruz said of Bishop. "He said he made up his mind right there that he had to do something."
I know, I will kill a man and leave his daughter fatherless to avenge getting cut off in traffic.

fvcking tool...

Seriously. "The car backed towards me. I was scared. I then CAME BACK and shot him in the chest." WTF?

yes, guess he is going to argue temporary delayed insanity...

I say kill him now. The US should form a squad solely for this purpose, maybe I can be their leader...

Broad daylight...dozens of witnesses...no need for due process, just take him out behind the courthouse and be done with it.

In Texas, if 3 or more credible eye witnesses see you kill somebody, when you're convicted you go to the front of the deathrow line, not the back. Like an EZ-Pass for executions.

That is so awesome...let's just hope the morons on the jury will convict him.

The defense lawyer will probably say that the father threatened his client. He already hinted at that with "words were exchanged" and "his wife was scared." If there were no witnesses for that, who's to say otherwise.

Edit: And the following quote "'We have a homicide that resulted from a circumstance where somebody picked a fight with an individual who obviously exploded,' Reddington said."

I.e. Self defense, right?

I don't think he'll have a lot of luck arguing self defense in this scenario. In order to argue self defense, you'd have to show that you reasonably believed yourself (or another person) to be in imminent danger. It depends from state to state, but I don't think you could reasonably argue that you were afraid for your life, then left the scene (which means you are no longer in danger), and then return to 'defend yourself'.
