About 2 months ago a good friend of mine passed away. I just found out that his girlfriend has been dating another one of our friends for about 2 months (a few weeks after his death). Apparently she found out today that she is pregnant with the baby of my friend that passed.

she didnt know she was pregnant and she is a smoker and has been drinking some as well, any chances damage has been done to the baby already?

hmmmm... naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

Being pregnant with his baby, and him having died before he knew, I wonder if she is legally entitled to anything that belonged to him.

in what sense.......what type of damage could have been done already?

The baby is probably fine.

And I'm glad she made the right decision to keep the baby for more reasons than she probably realizes right now.

Indeed - IIRC the most dangerous period for substance-induced problems is more like 3-6 months into the pregnancy; as long as she stops right away, chances are the baby will be okay.

I think she is doing a good thing by keeping the baby. The baby would mean alot to your friends family and to her, if she really loved him. But then again, she starting seeing someone a few weeks after his death:roll:
