I don't think it's that bad. I remember seeing parents with the wrist straps that was pretty much the same concept. I think because the fact it's a chain is the difference here. No, it it was around the neck, or had spikes on it or something than it would be bad.

Personally wouldn't do it to my kids, but wouldn't say anything to someone who did to their kids
 
pwned. When I was young me and my twin sister would be leashed together by some child harnesses and then tethered to a parent or a wall or something.
 
i feel no pitty for her when her kid grows up, pawns all the crap in the house and blows the money on drugs, and makes her life a livving hell

Never seen one of those before? I've seen parents with their kids on tethers before but they usually arent made of metal.
 
This is interesting. The woman whose kid got ran over by a tractor got ridiculed by the members of this site for not restraining her child. Now this woman gets ridiculed by the members of this site for restraining her child. You just can't please you people... 😱
