Wow...just spent 5+ hours playing Plants vs. Zombies

The girlfriend and I just played almost nonstop without even realizing it on XBLA. Didn't think it was possible to have fun doing basically the same thing over and over again.

What other good lan co-op games are there on XBLA?

Most tower defense games are fun and this is one of the many fun ones. Just like Angry Birds, there's a reason this has been ported over to many platforms.

Hehehe.
Remembered how this winter i spent around 3 days playing this tower defense. Also producers announced version 2 being released very soon.
This tower defense has even manage to break into the World of Warcraft game with a mission. That says a lot about this game.

Only 5 hours?

I bought Defense Grid at Christmas 2009 and played it nonstop for about three days, finishing every mission and replaying several more to complete various challenges.

PS Defense Grid is an awesome tower defense game but it's single player only. You can collaborate though if you want.

Steam says I've spent 79 hours playing Defense Grid... and I only have 48/62 achievements. Awesome game.

PvsZ is at only 18 hours, and I doubt I'll play it any more. Also a great game though. I didn't know it had co-op.

Defense Grid didn't tried it. Will have a look over it in the weekend.

Looked it up and apparently the Xbox version has co-op and competitive modes. No multiplayer in the PC version, but this is the console gaming forum after all.

I actually have Defense Grid for both Xbox and PC. Runs better on PC but the Xbox version has extra levels.

I loved both PvZ and Defense Grid on the 360.

It took me forever to get the "Alive and Planting" achievement - I swear I spent a couple hours a night for a week working on that one 🙂
