By using a makeshift apparatus of plastic liners and other materials to pipe the supercold (probably 40 degrees F) air from my air conditioner vent right up to the front of my case. (Airflow for my case is from front to back.)

The vent is underneath my bed, and my pc is in front of my bed. There were ahem clothes and other junk items under my bed  which I cleared out and then took some materials I have around the house here to make a little vent from air conditioner vent to front of PC.

Temps have dropped from CPU: 38c to 32c and it didnt even hit over 40c when loaded at 60%! PWM went from 39/40 down to 33, Chipset from 44-41, and GPU from 54-55 down to 49-48!

And its only been cooling the area for about 15 min!

Tomorrow I'm going to a Lowes <sp> to buy some tubing, cheesecloth <filter> and some other stuff and I'm giong to pipe straight from air conditoner to PC!

I've thought about doing that for ages, but didn't want to get evil looks from my wife every time she noticed it. Glad to see how well it works, might be trying it next summer.
