Wow! Just finished watching Battle Royale! Anyone else see this??

It's a great movie, I was very much impressed with it, I've got BR2, although haven't gotten around to watching it, heard it wasn't as good.

BR and BRII are both good, its just that bush has everyone programmed to believe that terrorists are evil. so people don't know who to root for in BRII

You actually believe that?

I haven't seen BRII, so I'll reserve my judgment on that one, but the first one was only OK. Poora cting, and the premise wasn't executed too well.

Oh really?? That's cool then! During the movie I remember looking at one of the girls and saying it reminded us of her because of the nose.
 
ok here is one of my biggest complaints about the second movie, not realy spoliers

someone in the friendly team is shot and they fall down, for some reason the intense combat slows down so that everyone can huddle around the shot one and scream his/her name a few times, then one of them screams louder than the rest and runs for the enemy shooting blindly in the air but somehow killing a few baddies. This would be ok if it happened once or maybe twice but no, it happens every single bloody time someone is killed.
my second complaint, the anoying main guy who screams and screams and gets upset at just about everything and looks like a mad man most of the time even though he is supposed to be one of the cool guys
my third complaint, weak weak weak weak plot, it starts out nice but no its just bad after that and as can be seen from imdb, the first movie is done after a book while the second one isnt

so you have two options, trust us about how bad it is and not see it or go see it foryourself and then come here to complain about how bad it was 😉
 
BR II is to BR as Rambo II is to Rambo
Just too much over the top action with some random stuff about terrorist thrown in to add some "edge"
