If this is anything like the truth, I stand corrected on my opinion of transhumanists. As a liberterian, they're free to do what they see fit with their own bodies, that's their perogative, but the political and social beliefs (we need a global guaranteed wage! Modifying animals and giving them homes?) WTF!
 
That's a really interesting read. Sounds like a gathering of people ranging from slighty wonky to full-out bizarro nut-jobs 😛
