Hard drive has bad sectors, gets real slow.
Get new hard drive.
Installed win98se on the new hard drive.
copied my old data to the new drive under different partitions. my old windows directory was copied to e:\windows old
now i install this program and it's asking me for my key and license (roger wilco). i dont have this information. it's in my old windows registry on e:\windows.
is there anyway to recover the data? i know the registry entry but i need to actually get into the old one. i cant use regedit as it just does the current OS. is there a file all the old registry information is stored in that i could get into?
basically all i need is to be able to read the old registry.
fyi: this is for mk1a. i cant register it because they wont let anything before 1c register. my clan uses 1a for compatiblity reasons, and if i go to 1c no one else can use it.
