It wasn't that long ago that the stars of Friends had to negotiate and threaten to go on strike, to get close to that number per episode, and that was a popular show at the time. They started out making $20,000 per episode, each.

People get paid to do that crappy reality shows that everyone watches. I don't watch the show but I know it's popular.

So he was upset she will be leaving him and he held a knife to her. They found the knife, open. So her story does seem to be holding up the more that comes out. That and Sheens past does not help either.
