I happened to play around with XP and IE6 and guess what I found, the AIW-TV built-into the program bar, I clicked it and voila the AIW-TV while reading the forums. see screenshot here Finally one good point for ATI, however it still needs a few tweaks because of you put a window in front of it or minimize the window you need to stop it and restart it 
to see it but the sound it always there. It deosn't seem to like being in the background. The ultimate timewaster, reading the forums and watching tv at the same time
Edit: of course you just see black in the pic because the screen cap deosn't capture those colors but the TV was playing at the moment of this capture.
