WoW.. I just got one sweet pet

Ive heard about this guy a few times on the boards, so I headed out and camped his spawn point for a few hours tonight and he finally spawned at 2ish. [A low level warrior tried his hardest to kill it before i could tame him.. no luck for him]

I haven't seen one of these tamed on my realm yet. Perhaps more people have him on other realms.

I can take things pretty easily without my pet, this just means a little more melee for awhile 🙂

Hell no that pet will get torn to peices fighting 10 levels over his head and no they do not level that fast..
not worth the effort and the handicap of youre abilities go get an L35 pet or use youre pet that you had..
it will take many levels for that pet to level up and you will not be able to kill what you once did without pet getting flat out destroyed...

Raptors and Cats have the best stats always keep your pet to your level or you just hurting yourself.. a hunter is not a melee char.. if your pet cant tank and hold agro while you plinking for 300+ a shot what good is it to you?

Right now he takes just over 7k exp to level, i take over 70k to level. He will be well on his way to 30 when I ding.

Also.. WTF?! Were you fighting that hit you for 300 damage at level 35? I can take a level 36~37 down w/o my pet..just hitting him with my axe.
Already had a guildy whip me up a bunch of high quality food.
Sure 36, and perhaps 37 will take a little longer than most, perhaps if i was trying to be one of the first people to 60, this would be a differant story ^^

it's still not too late, you can simulate this by sitting in front of the computer every chance you get and skip every other shower. eat a quick meal between site travel.

No my average shot with a master hunters bow is around 150-300 damage hunters mark and nothing but archery talents at Level 33 (lower than this poster) 150 agl... makes a bow sing
do the STV Master Hunters quest to get the L50 bow =P can be done in a group at 34

I piled all my stats into spirit, up around +80 or 90 now, i kill stuff fast enough, and I never have downtime, unless ofcourse, i get hit by 3-4 guys, then a pet rez may slow me down 🙂

Im not in a rush to level, I'm likely done with WoW when I hit 60 [Atleast until they change the PvP system] So I mine as well have a little entertainment.

My axe hits guys for ~100 pretty easily, plus raptor strike and we are upto 175 pretty quickly.
I know hunters are bow based, as are my talents but I still find it entertaining to hit a few guys with my axe 😛

60 is the tip of the iceberg..
SOOO much besides pvp to do still..
PVP is a blast but there is alot of super uber dungeons and guild content to do thats already in the game...
not to mention the much anticipated hero levels.. that basically turn your character into another class based on your previous one...
which are gonna be much harder to level up according to Bliz..
I'm Hoping the Rogue Hero is the Assassin from WC3.. freaking crit monster...

And then we have additional areas and dungeons and add ons coming =P
WoW is an amazing game that will only get better.

Right, i can't wait for that stuff to come, but I'm still not in a rush to hit 60 [I was the first few days, then I realized no matter how hard I tried.... it wasn't going to happen.. haha 🙁]

I imagine ill go back and do every quest i can lay my hand on.


Last night after I got my pet I took down 40+ Orc NPC's [Im Ne, as you can see in my pic]
Mining trainers etc etc..
Definatly the most fun I've had, would of been much more fun on horde rogue though.


BTW. This Pet Is CRAZY

I've been studying for a math final and keeping myself in game to get his loyalty up.
4 Hours, Green happiness the entire time.

He has a little tree that he will spawn at. [If you do /goto the first coord TB gives you, you will see a tree to your left with lots of low level lions spawned.. i just waited up in the tree and checked in every once in awhile.

I've heard a few stories of him not spawning at all for more than a day [I guess some people are a bit.. dedicated to finding him 😛]
