I already bought it about 20 days ago and they looked into the issue of the card overheating for a few minutes then offered me 15% off the original price I paid for it!
Talk about service! I was going to return it and buy a different brand from Newegg or Amazon ago but never mind. This is a win win situation!
Do plan on installing the updated BIOS though to be sure the card runs ok.
