Wow, I got duped

Ordered two t-shirts from www.anything-extreme.com on 8/5. Order was completed, credit card was charged, and they said the order would be shipped on Monday. I check my email today to find an email that says my items are on backorder and they will be getting shipped as soon as possible. Wow, good fvcking game, you made me go through the whole order process just to find out two days later that the items are not in stock? Anyhow, I emailed them today and just asked when they thought the items would be in stock. Got a reply a little later saying they wanted my order number (all in bad grammar of course). Checked out Reseller Ratings and the store got absolutely HORIBBLE reviews and people were talking about orders being messed up and recieving a package a whole month late. What should I do? Try to cancel the order? Wait it out?

PS: Yes, I know I'm a dumbass for not checking the site out before I ordered from it, so just flame me in the beginning of your post, then PLEASE offer some helpful advice.

Give the company some time to respond, say 2 weeks at least. You can always contest the charges later with your CC company. You should keep all emails for reference later.

If they don't ship before the end of the week, try to cancel your order. If they're difficult about canceling your order and refunding your money, contact your credit card company.
