I was the only one in my department to come in to the office today... Everyone else had the smarts to take today off and make it a 4-day weekend.

That being said, there's no one to stop me from neffing the day away.

Who else made this same mistake?
 
I'm the only one in the office but it's like that two days a week anyway since the other two guys only come here (they work in another office an hour away) three days a week. I gotta be here though, writing up a proposal.

I'm working in a nearly empty office today. Why take off on one of the least stressful days of the year? 🙂

I'm hoping for the same thing.

I'd just leave, but the CEO is also in the office (just came in). Just him and me... I have all my work done, but it's all about the appearance of working.
 
I'm the only one at work today. We don't deal with the public and most of our accounts are closed, so I just woke up from a nap after my two hour lunch. 😉

I never take off on days like these... it's a joke day, practically vacation in itself. So why take off?
 
It's probably half staffed here today. 140 computers in the lab, and 10 people. So I get paid to nef 😀
 
I'm here, working the Helpdesk.

So far in 4 hours I've gotten two calls - both people asking to be transferred to someone else.

So.... Bored...
 
I'm stuck at work. They are closing our office at 3 today. I would normally leave at 4 so it isn't a big deal to me.
Oh, and I am the only one on my team still here. Lots of empty desks.
50 more minutes before I can head to the golf course.
