To be fair, many males "use females" as well. There are many men who will not hesitate to use women for sex, lying to them to get in their pants ("I love you!") or doing other deceptive, hurtful, or damaging things to have their sexual desires met.

I have had an unfortunate number of people use me for my financial resources, limited as though they may have been at the time. My willingness to help those supposedly in need has also been abused, and many times unreciprocated. You learn from these mistakes, and you grow from them.

The bottom line is, there are shady and despicable people of all genders. There are also good, kind, caring, wonderful people of all genders, and those are the people that I have chosen to surround myself with.

You also have a choice when it comes to who you choose as a friend, and it sounds like this particular individual may not be one that you should invest any further time or energy into, unless you like the drama.

yes it goes both ways...most people around here think it's just the women that are evil.

Depending on what I am looking for, I am up-front with it. There are plenty of hot chicks looking just to play...and fortunately plenty looking for a serious deal as well.

If more people just put the REAL cards on the table in the beginning, it would work out better.

Too many people though hope to meet their future spouse or fool someone from the start.
