Long story short; I borrowed class notes from a friend last semester. I was supposed to take it back to him later in the afternoon but my mom had an emergency and I was an hour late. Anyways the kid called me by then, started threatning me over class notes. I was like "Dude chill, its just class notes and we dont even have a test these days. Besides, I needed to help my mom, why are you so pissed?" Anyways he told me to bring them to him and I told him I wont bring them back until he apologized for all the cussing he did... well he didn't so I just dropped the notes off at a friend's house and told him to pick it up.

Well later on that night, he came to my house when I wasn't home, spray painted my door and left

... well I told him to drop this issue before one of us go wild and do stupid things. Well he was like "I am going to kick your ass motherfvcka, you're dead..etc.etc."... well I simply ignored him cause he was graduating... I went back home during Christmas and when I came back, he had already moved out of town to D.C. (I live in Blacksburg.).

Fast forward to 20 minutes ago. I got out of shower, and heard the door knocking. I opened it, and there is this guy that I have seen in clubs and etc. He is like, "Are you (insert my name here)?". I told him "Yes, who are you?" and he is like "I know someone that wants to talk to you." and bammm, this guy from last semester comes out of nowhere and spits on me. I am like WTF? So I push him back and he falls down... well his fvckin friend tries to get in my house, so I reach back and try to close the door. The other one gets up and tries to get in as well. Well after 10 seconds of pushing back and forth, I manage to close my door and lock it.

They are both yelling outside, telling me to come out and everything. So I just yell back and tell them to get lost... and I call 911 cause I am scared they will vandalize my car (I don't have full coverage). Well cops came over but they are long way gone... cops were nice and they couldn't believe at this guy's stupidity either... they asked me if I had a photo of him (my house is full of photos, lol), so I showed them a photo from last year's soccer tournament. Gave them his name, car's make&model, etc...

When I was asked if I wanted to press charges, I said no... I just didn't want it... it's so stupid... who the fvck wants to get in trouble for class notes? I was one hour late and it was a family emergency... grrr...

The guy that I borrowed notes from is about my size but I could easily take him down and everything but its not worth it you know... but the other guy was twice as my size, I was damn suprised how I managed to close the door and lock it while both of them were pushing on it...

Anyways, I just wanted to rant... :| How stupid can people be...

Though they did go to the extreme, you were a prick for borrowing class notes and not returning them.

Agreed, you had an obligation to him and didn't follow through. None of this would have happened if you had upheld your end of the deal.

on my way to give him his notes, my mom had a health emergency and I had to calm her down... i care about my mom more than i care about class notes..

besides, he got his notes an hour late. its not like i burned them... i dropped them off at a friend's house who lives 3 minutes away from him...

Well he was cussing/threatning me when I asked him to apologize... he used to live with 3 other guys, so I didn't want to get in a fight and get hurt... I thought I was saving both of us from getting into a fight/trouble/etc...

While I agree what he did was dumb and you should HAVE filled charges it would have NEVER happened if you would have returned his notes. There is NO excuse for it. you started it and caused it to get to this point. shrug if he kicks your ass or has someone else kick your ass then we know why.

What they did was too far, even if you didn't give him back his notes. Next time, keep a 2x4 by your door and bust it over his head next time he comes. Then drop a 4x4 on his gonads for good measure

What he wanted to tell you: "Man you suck, I promised those notes to Leslie for that afternoon and because of you I didn't have them and she got them from another guy who she ended up making very happy. Of course, I had to kill them. But missed and got their cat. I just got out of jail and now my cellmate / lover and I are here to ??ck your butt."


Well, maybe, we'll probably never know for sure now.

Wow! Either as a person you are very unreasonable and unforgiving or you really do not care about situations other people might face. If anyone in my family including my mom had an emergency of ANY sort (Please realize that you do NOT have any idea of what emergency Xiety's mom had before you made your statement) I'd wouldnt care about anything else. THats how usually grownups work anyway. Xiety was only an hour late.
In a professional environment, If I do not make it to a meeting at my company and then call back after 3 hours that I had an emergency, the case is closed. It was something that needed to be done and it was done. Move on.
I wonder how old you are.

You borrowed his class notes, your were an hour late, guy yells at you because he wants his notes on time, you become a little bitch and don't return his notes directly to him.

I'd say you started it, if you had returned the notes after your mom's emergency, then sure, all is well. But instead you demand him to apologize because he wants his notes back and then you don't even give him his notes. You make him pick them up from your friends house.

You = tard. But yeah, that guy held a 4 month grudge, lol.
