Is there any site that provides detailed info about every beast found in the game ?

Like location, stats, lvl, special abilities and feeding needs.

There are some things like that in the hunter forum on the worldofwarcraft.com site. However, it's fairly incomplete. No pets have special abilities, but certain pets can only learn some of the possible pet abilities. Right now the possible pet abilities are: Growl (taunt), Cower (anti-taunt), Claw (damage), Bite (damage).

Hunters eventually get an ability to look at a beast. However, the numbers shown are partially what you would need to know if you tamed it (diet, etc.) but mostly stats if you attack it. When you actually tame it, it appears that the numbers change noticeably. I haven't done extensive research on that, it just seemed like the case based on comparing armor and damage numbers of bears versus my own bear of the same level.
